Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of reviewsonloop.com and the services provided by Reviews On Loop ("Reviews On Loop," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting an audit, or signing up for our services, you agree to these Terms. Reviews On Loop is operated by Catherine Brown / Site Veritas.

Our services

Reviews On Loop helps home inspectors improve their online reputation and visibility through the Home Inspector Visibility Program, which may include automated review request text messages, Google Business Profile management and optimization, local search improvements, and monthly audits. The specific services, fees, and billing terms for your account are those shown when you sign up and in your service agreement. If your service agreement and these Terms ever conflict, your service agreement controls.

Free Google Visibility Audit

Our free audit is provided for informational purposes. It is based on publicly available data at the time it is run, and rankings and results change over time. Requesting an audit does not obligate you to buy anything.

No guaranteed results

Google controls its search results, Maps rankings, and review policies, and they change often. We work to improve your visibility and reviews, but we do not guarantee any specific ranking, number of reviews, number of calls, or number of booked inspections.

Your responsibilities as a client

• Accurate information. You will give us accurate, up-to-date information about your business.
• Customer consent for texts. You confirm that your customers have provided consent to receive text messages from your business about their inspection and related follow-up communications, and that you have the right to share their contact information with us for that purpose.
• Access. You will give us the access we need to do our work, such as manager access to your Google Business Profile and a connection to your inspection software.
• Content you provide. You own, or have permission to use, the photos, videos, logos, and text you give us, and you allow us to use them to provide our services.

Reviews

We only request reviews from real customers. We do not write fake reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or filter out customers who might leave a negative review, and you agree not to ask us to. You are responsible for your business and the service your customers receive.

Text messages

Reviews On Loop may send service-related SMS messages directly to Reviews On Loop business clients who have opted in to receive them. These messages may include new lead notifications, contact-form submission alerts, customer inquiry notifications, account-related communications, service updates, and other operational notifications related to Reviews On Loop services. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. For additional support, contact hello@reviewsonloop.com.

Reviews On Loop may also provide text messaging services on behalf of its clients. Messages sent through those services may include a check-in message, a review request, and at most one reminder per inspection. Messages are sent only during reasonable hours in the recipient’s time zone. Message and data rates may apply. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help at any time, and we will honor opt-outs.

See our Privacy Policy for information about how we handle mobile information. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Your Google Business Profile

You keep full ownership of your Google Business Profile. We work on it as a manager, and you can remove our access at any time.

Fees and payment

Fees for paid services are billed through Stripe as described when you sign up. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You authorize us to charge your payment method each month until your subscription is canceled as described below. If a payment fails, we may pause services until it is resolved.

Month-to-month service and cancellation

Our services are month to month. There is no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time by giving us 30 days' notice by email at hello@reviewsonloop.com. Your services and billing continue through the end of the 30-day notice period, and then stop. Fees already paid are not refunded, including for partial months, as stated in your service agreement. When your service ends, we will stop providing the applicable services, including review request messaging and Google Business Profile management. You may remove our manager access to your Google Business Profile at any time.

Intellectual property

Our website, audits, reports, text templates, designs, and processes belong to Reviews On Loop. Your business name, logo, and content remain yours.

Third-party services

Our services rely on third-party platforms, including Google, text message carriers, and software providers. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or changes. Reviews On Loop is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google. Google, Google Maps, and Google Business Profile are trademarks of Google LLC.

Disclaimer

Our website and services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reviews On Loop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
