Reviews On Loop ("Reviews On Loop," "we," "us," or "our") is a Google visibility and review service for home inspectors, based in Fredericksburg, Virginia. Reviews On Loop is operated by Catherine Brown / Site Veritas. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to reviewsonloop.com, our free Google Visibility Audit, our services, and the text messages we send on behalf of our clients.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Audit requests. When you request a free Google Visibility Audit, we collect your name, business name, city, state, email address, and (if you provide it) your website.
• Clients. When you become a client, we collect the information needed to provide our services, such as your contact details, business details, survey answers, photos and videos you share with us, and billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card number.
• Communications. If you email or text us, we keep those messages so we can respond and keep a record of our work together.

Public business information

To build audits and track results, we collect publicly available information about businesses, such as Google Business Profile details, ratings and review counts, Google Maps rankings, and website performance. We use data providers (such as DataForSEO) to gather this information.

Information about our clients' customers

When a home inspector uses our review service, we may receive limited customer information from the inspector or the inspector’s software, such as name, mobile phone number, email address, and inspection details. We use this information only as necessary to provide the requested service, support message delivery, and honor opt-out requests.

Information collected automatically

Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to deliver and secure the site. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts load.

How we use information

• To create and email your Google Visibility Audit, and to follow up about it.
• To provide our services, including review requests, Google Business Profile work, and monthly reports.
• To send text messages on behalf of our clients to their customers (see "Text messages" below).
• To process payments, provide support, and communicate with you.
• To protect our website and services from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

Reviews On Loop may send text messages to individuals who have opted in to receive communications from us, including Reviews On Loop business clients and, when we provide messaging services on behalf of a client, that client’s customers. Messages to Reviews On Loop business clients may include new lead notifications, contact-form submission alerts, account-related communications, service updates, and other operational notifications. Messages sent on behalf of our clients may include review requests and related service communications. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messaging service and only as necessary to provide that service.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run our business:

• Service providers that help us operate, such as website hosting (Vercel), database and application hosting (Supabase), email delivery (Resend, Google Workspace), text message delivery (Twilio), audit data (DataForSEO), file storage (Google Drive), scheduling (TidyCal), and payments (Stripe). They may use information only to provide services to us.
• Google, when we manage a client's Google Business Profile at the client's request.
• Legal reasons, if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Reviews On Loop, our clients, or others.
• Business transfers, if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy and applicable law. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be transferred for marketing or promotional purposes.

How long we keep information

We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and for legitimate business purposes, such as keeping records and resolving disputes. Opt-out records are kept so we can continue to honor them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
• Click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom of any marketing email from us, or email hello@reviewsonloop.com, to stop receiving those emails.
• Email hello@reviewsonloop.com to access, correct, or delete your information.
• Depending on where you live, you may have additional privacy rights. Contact us and we will respond as required by applicable law.

Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
